Step 1

In a light-colored pan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring often. Keep cooking until it foams, then turns golden brown and smells nutty (you’ll see brown specks at the bottom, scrape the bottom too, adds flavour). Remove from heat immediately and let it cool slightly before using. This step can also be skipped if you don't want brown butter cookies. In that case use butter at room temperature and cream it with sugars
Step 2

add brown sugar, powdered sugar to browned butter. whisk it well to cream the sugar
Step 3

add egg and vanilla to the mixture of butter and sugar
Step 4
in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
Step 5

fold the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture gradually.
Step 6

fold choco chips
Step 7

chill the dough for at least 30 mins.
Step 8

bake in airfryer at 175 for 9 mins and then flip and bake for 2 more mins. let it cool down to set. ENJOYY
