Instructions
Step 1
Cut wood skewers to air fryer length and soak in water for several minutes.
Step 2
Season chicken chunks with seasonings.
Step 3
Cut bell pepper, onions, and tomato into squares/chunks to easily skewer.
Step 4
Skewer chicken, then bell pepper, then onion, then tomato and repeat until the skewer is full ending with a chicken chunk.
Step 5
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for two minutes.
Step 6
Place skewers in air fryer and cook for five minutes then flip over and continue cooking for five more minutes.
