Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the black rice thoroughly under cold water.
Step 2
Add the rinsed rice, water, and salt to the Instant Pot inner pot.
Step 3
Close the lid and set the valve to SEALING.
Step 4
Select Pressure Cook (High) and set the time to 22 minutes.
Step 5
Allow full natural pressure release (about 15–20 minutes).
Step 6
Open the lid, fluff gently, and let the rice rest uncovered for 5 minutes before serving.
