Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Spray 9” x 13” baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3
Unroll Crescent dough and spread in the bottom of the prepared dish. Gently press together the perforations to seal the dough. Pre-bake 9 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.
Step 5
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl until blended. Pour over sausage and cheese.
Step 6
Bake uncovered for 35 - 40 minutes or until eggs are set.
Step 7
Allow egg bake to rest about 10 minutes.
