Step 1
Lightly mix the flour, baking powder and soda after screening them.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the salt and the sugar until soft.

Add the melted butter and the dairy in the liquid mix.
Step 4
Combine the mixtures and let them rest for about 20 minutes.

Bake one tbsp of the mixture for one pancake. Wait until little bubbles appear on the wet side before flipping.
