Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
Step 2
Cream shortening, honey, and sugar.
Step 3
Mix in egg, peanut butter, and salt.
Step 4
Stir in flour and soda.
Step 5
Form into balls and place on lined baking sheet. Press with fork or glass. Makes 24 large (2 Tbsp) or 48 (1 Tbsp) regular size cookies.
Step 6
Bake for 12-16 minutes (large) or 8-10 minutes (regular).
