0.5juice of lemon
1lemon slice
for garnish
1sweet potato
small, diced
½ Tbspolive oil
½ tspsmoked paprika
½ tspgarlic powder

½ cupbroccoli florets
½ Tbspolive oil
½ tspgarlic powder

Instructions
Prepare & Cook the Chicken
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Place on a baking tray and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 4
Garnish with a lemon slice before serving.
Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Step 5
Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Roast the Broccoli
Step 7
Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
Add to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes in the last 10-12 minutes of roasting.
Assemble & Serve
Step 9
Plate the lemon herb chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli.
