Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough feels dry or crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until smooth.
