Oven 400 degrees. Place prepped squash on baking sheet and bake for 20 min or until til soft. Cook pasta and set aside. Saucepan: melt butter, add flour, stirring continously to avoid lumps. Take sauce off the heat and stir in mustard and 1 cup of cheese. Save the rest for the topping. Blend squash and cheese sauce together and mix with pasta. Transfer to ovenproof dish and sprinkle cheese and bread crumb and bake for 15-20 min. When its bubbling and golden it'll be done.
