Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Step 2
Pat drumsticks dry and place on sheet.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and pepper.
Step 4
Pour half the sauce over drumsticks. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, flipping once, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Step 5
Simmer remaining sauce in a small pan. If you want thicker sauce, add cornstarch (with 1 tbsp water) slurry and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6
Brush with extra sauce before serving.
Step 7
Serve with rice and broccoli.
Step 8
Leftovers: shred into fried rice or wraps.
