Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Melt butter in 2 quart dish
Step 3
Add 1/2 cup sugar to melted butter
Step 4
Add 2 cans of cherries (with juice) to butter sugar mixture
Step 5
In separate bowl whisk flour baking powder and salt together
Step 6
Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup almond milk to flour mixture and whisk till smooth
Step 7
Pour batter on top of cherry mixture. Do not stir.
Step 8
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
