Instructions
Step 1
Bring evaporated milk and sugar to a boil in a large pan. Boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients into a large heatproof bowl. Pour boiled sugar mixture over remaining ingredients. Stir until mixed well.
Step 3
Pour mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan and let cool.
