Instructions

Step 1
Place 18 paper cases in muffin tins. In a large bowl combine he bananas, sugar, honey & butter. Beat with an electric whisk until well blended. Slowly add the flour, baking powder & salt and mix well Spoon the batter into the cases. Once baked, remove tins from oven and cool 5 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the pan to cool on a wire rack. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
