Instructions
Step 1
Melt together, in a medium-sized pot, the syrup, butter, soda, and boiling water.
Step 2
Pour over the rolled oats, coconut, flour, cornflakes, sugar & raisins that are premixed in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix well altogether. Press into a sponge roll tin and bake in a slow oven. Cut into slices when cooled.
