Carnivore Pork Panko Pizza

This is a combination of Low Carb Love and Courtney Luna's pizzas. It's been the easiest to make in a pinch with the cheapest and simplest ingredient while being so forgiving and coming out great every time!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place cottage cheese, a third of the mozzarella, egg, Italian spices, and pork panko in a microwave safe bowl and mix. Microwave for 90 second at 30 second intervals folding with a silicone spatula between until it combines into a homogenous paste. Much like a fat head dough.
Step 3
Spread onto parchment paper about ¼" thick like a thin base pizza and prick all over with a fork. Bake as is for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and flip. Cover with pizza toppings of choice and place back in the oven to for cook 5-8 minutes on the other side and until cheese has melted. Cut into 6 or 8 and serve right away!
