Easy meatball recipe, easy to freeze too! Easy to double or triple for a large freezer batch. Recipe below makes about 40 meatballs.

Preheat oven to 400°F

Mix all ingredients together and scoop into balls on a parchment lined sheet pan. (I do 1 1/2 tbsp scoop. You can make them smaller or bigger, just keep in mind the cooking time will vary)

Bake 20-25 minutes
Step 4
If freezing, let them cool completely and put into a gallon freezer bag. Good in the freezer up to 4 months.
