Instructions

Step 1
Beat eggs, add sugar and butter.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and milk, and quickly beat. Pour into a greased ice-cream container. Cook uncovered on high for 6 minutes. Once cooked, place a Glad Wrap on top and tip straight onto the cooling rack. Ice with chocolate icing and put mock filling in the centre.
