3 cupschicken
chopped
½ cupdried cranberries
chopped
⅓ cupcelery
diced
½ cupwalnuts
chopped
¾ cupmayonnaise
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 tablespoonhoney
1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar
½ teaspoondry ground mustard
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoondried crushed rosemary
½ teaspoonfine ground sea salt
or to taste
¼ teaspoondried basil
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
freshly ground, or to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken, cranberries, celery & walnuts to a bowl.
Step 2
Mix remaining ingredients for the dressing, then add to chicken mixture.
Step 3
OR - Alt Dressing:
3/4 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Dill, 4 sprigs
1.5 tsp Dijon
1.5 tsp Celery Seeds
Salt & Pepper
