Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, mustard, and oil.
Step 2
Slice the onion into strips and place them in the baking dish.
Step 3
Arrange the meat on top and pour the beer over it.
Step 4
Bake covered with foil at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours, then turn the meat over and brown for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or fried potatoes.
