Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan or cookie sheet.

Drain and rinse chickpeas; pat dry.
Step 3
Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Step 4
Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Spread batter in pan (for bars) or scoop onto sheet (for cookies).
Step 6
Bake 15–20 minutes, until set. Cool before slicing or serving.
