Instructions

Step 1
In a large heavy bottom pan that has a lid, sauté the chopped onion.
Step 2
On medium heat, Add in the ground beef + zucchini and brown until there are no more pink parts remaining and the zucchini has cooked down. Drain excess fat if necessary
Step 3
Add grated zucchini, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. If you prefer stronger seasonings this is where you can adjust to taste.
Step 4
Stir in the milk, broth, tomato sauce and macaroni
Step 5
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Step 6
6. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
Step 7
7. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
