Ingredients

16 ozpasta
1green bell pepper
diced
1red bell pepper
diced
0.5onion
diced
2garlic cloves
2 tablespoonstomato paste
1 cuplow sodium chicken broth
½ cupmilk
2 tablespoonshot sauce
1 lblean ground beef
1 cupshredded cheese
1 cupwater
Taco Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the bell peppers and onion. Throw in a dutch oven with olive oil. Cook 2-3 minutes until softened.
Step 2
Add garlic. Wait 45 seconds, or until fragrant. Then add beef. Cook until fully browned and liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Add the taco seasoning (to your likeness). Add tomato paste and mix well.
Step 4
Remove from heat (prevents milk from breaking). Add chicken broth, water, & and the milk. Add the cheese and the pasta. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is done. Serve and enjoy!
