Creamy Beef Cavatappi

It was okay, definitely not a go to but possibly when we're in need of a cheap easy meal

Fast and easy, I cooked the pasta in the same pan to make it a one pan meal.

This recipe was great. I didn't have fresh basil or thyme on hand so I used dried. I used the amounts suggested at an online conversion calculator. I'm sure fresh would have made this even better but it was a last minute family meal and worked out well.

I used tomato paste instead of sauce and did not use cornstarch to thicken it. Turned out great! Not runny.

Tasted good, but was a little pinkish looking from the tomato sauce, cream, and cheeses. It was also a little runny. Maybe less beef broth or more wondra ( I used flour).

Like hamburger helper. Everyone loved it!

Mine didn’t turn out to look anything like the picture, but it was really good! I couldn’t find cavatappi pasta, so I just used rotini. The sauce didn’t really thicken up until I let it sit after cooking for a few minutes. I always add more cheese than a recipe calls for, as well as seasoning.

Makes a lot.

Sauce didn’t get thick but when I added the pasta it covered well. Everyone loves it
