1 cupZero Sugar Oat Milk
¼ cupgluten-free panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and Califia Farms Zero Sugar Oat Milk in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and dredge thoroughly.
Step 3
Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Add cauliflower to the rack, being sure to separate the florets so they don’t touch. Sprinkle with half of the gluten-free panko breadcrumbs, if desired.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes at 450°F.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and use tongs to place the florets in a bowl. Drizzle with Primal Kitchen Mild & Sweet Buffalo Sauce and toss lightly until coated.
Step 6
Using tongs, place the florets back on the baking rack/tray. Sprinkle them with the other half of the panko breadcrumbs and place the baking tray back in the oven.
Step 7
Cook for 25 more minutes or until crispy. Serve with a ramekin of Ranch Dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
