Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350

Grease a 9x12 baking dish and add your chicken breast in a single layer

Season your chicken to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayo, 1 cup cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Be sure to reserve some bacon and green onions to garnish your dish after it cooks. I also use pre cooked bacon to make it even easier!

Once your mixture is well combined, spread it evenly over your chicken

Top with remaining cup of cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 until internal temp of 165F, about 30 minutes depending on chicken size

Once done, garnish with bacon and green onions

I serve mine over white rice with a side of broccoli
