Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until they release their moisture and become soft, then set aside.
Step 2
Place the pizza dough on a lightly oiled tray or parchment paper and stretch it gently into shape. Let it rest briefly if needed, then leave it to rise at room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 230°C.
Step 4
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, add a pinch of salt, and drizzle a little olive oil.
Step 5
Bake the pizza until the base starts to cook and lightly color.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and add mozzarella, mushrooms, and speck evenly on top.
Step 7
Return to the oven and bake until the mozzarella melts and the speck becomes slightly crisp.
Step 8
Let it rest briefly before slicing and serving.
