For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2
Finely chop the onion and fresh flat-leaf parsley, and dice the bacon.




For the sauce
Step 3
Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the flour and stir for 1-2 min.



Step 4
Pour in the milk and fresh cream gradually, stirring until a thick white sauce is formed. Add the diced bacon, chopped onion, and seasoning.




Step 5
Mix the pasta with the white sauce, and then place it in the oven dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Cheddar over the top.



Step 6
Place a wire rack on the 3rd level of the oven, and then tap "Send to oven" to preheat it.
Step 7
Once you hear a beep, place the food in the oven. Bake, then serve with chopped parsley.
