Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350"F and line the bottom anc sides of a 1-pound loaf pan with parchment paper Leave about 2 inches of parchment paper hanging over the sides to help you pull the bread out later Add the bananas, vanilla, eggs, maple syrup, salt peanut butter, Brazil nuts, if using, tahina, baking powder, baking soda, and oats to a high-powered plender. Blend on high until smooth . Fold in 12 cup of the chocolate chips and pour into the prepared loaf pan. Top with the remaining 12 cup chocolate chips .. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Remove the bread from the pan using the parchment paper tabs and cool on a wire rack. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days on the counter, or freeze them for up to 2 weeks.
