Instructions

Step 1
Build flavor base (Sauté mode)Turn on Sauté. Add 1 tbsp butter, garlic, and ground ginger. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2
Add chicken and sear lightly for 2–3 minutes (don’t fully cook).
Step 3
Add both jars of sauce and 1/2 cup water. Stir and scrape bottom of pot (important to avoid burn).
Step 4
Seal lid and cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes.Let natural release for 5–10 minutes, then quick release.
Step 5
Turn on Sauté and cook 3–5 minutes until peppers are tender-crisp.
Step 6
Add butter, cream, garam masala, and optional smoked paprika.Simmer 2–4 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Step 7
Taste and adjust: Add salt if needed Add sugar/honey if too acidic Add a small squeeze of lemon juice to brighten
