1 tablespoonolive oil
1onion

2cloves garlic

1 tablespoonginger
minced
1 tablespoongaram masala
1 teaspoonturmeric powder
½ teaspoonchili powder
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
14.5 ouncecan diced tomatoes
½ cupheavy cream
¼ cupcilantro
chopped
naan bread
Instructions
Step 1
Place the olive oil in the Instant Pot and set to the "Saute" setting.
Step 2
Add the onion and cook until softened.
Step 3
Add the garlic, ginger, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
Step 4
Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Add the chicken to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
Step 6
Add the diced tomatoes and heavy cream to the pot.
Step 7
Stir to combine.
Step 8
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set to the "Manual" setting.
Step 9
Cook for 20 minutes.
Step 10
When the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Stir in the cilantro.
Step 12
Serve with naan bread.
