Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Step 2
Mix all ingredients until they come together. Roll into 24 balls and place them onto a baking sheet on greaseproof paper.
Step 3
Press down on each ball with a fork, turn the tray and press again to create a grid decoration.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven (170 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.

For Buttercream filling

Step 5
Mix the ingredients in food mixer and beat for 3 mins
Step 6
Once cooled, sandwich together with buttercream. Enjoy 😃
