2 tablespoonsflaxseed meal

120gchocolate chips
37gwalnuts

maldon sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Voorverhit die oond na 175°C.
Step 2
Meng die piesangs, maple syrup, olie, eiers, melk en vanilla goed.
Step 3
Meng die oat flour, almond flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda en sout.
Step 4
Vou 90g chocolate chips en 37g walnuts in die mengsel. Verdeel tussen die muffin pannetjie.
Step 5
Verdeel die orige chocolate chips en walnuts bo oor die muffins.
Step 6
Bak vir ongeveer 23-28min.
Step 7
Sprinkel met Maldon sout.
