Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1.25 cups of pineapple juice on the stove to just boiling
Step 2
Mix corn starch in remaining pineapple juice, mix sugar and corn syrup in heated pineapple juice.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil so that it is liquid. Once pineapple juice is boiling, mix cornstarch/juice mix, stir vigorously for 1 minute then take off heat.
Step 4
Pour juice mixture and liquified coconut oil in creami mixing boil. Use immersion blender to incorporate.
Step 5
Let cool in fridge or on counter, then cover and freeze. Plan for 24hrs.
Step 6
Use creami on soft serve setting, scrap sides and respin. Enjoy!
