Instructions
Step 1
Soak dates in hot water for about 20 minutes
Step 2
Pour water off dates then add maple syrup in blender cup and blend until smooth.
Step 3
In a bowl mix flour and cacao using heaping tablespoon full then add the date mixture and nut butter and mix, you may need to add a few more tablespoons of flour until the dough is easy to mold.
Step 4
Mold into ball shape depending on the size this makes 6-8 balls, once they are rolled put in a plate with parchment paper and freeze for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Melt your chocolate then dip the balls in you can sprinkle some sea salt on top and put back in the freezer until the chocolate is set
