Instructions

Step 1
Use a chopping board and peel carrots and 2 oranges,use a bowl and set the oranges aside.
Step 2
Use a grater and grate the carrots in a salad bowl,then chop 2 oranges into cubes or as you prefer and add to the grated carrots.
Step 3
Slice the one orange that is not peeled into 2 halves and squeeze the juice into the carrot mixture and add 3 tablespoons sugar over. Mixed the grated carrots,cutted oranges,orange juice and sugar roughly thru.
Step 4
Set as a side salad to chicken or braaied meat and enjoy.
