My Banana Bread Recipe

A quick, no-mixer banana bread made with ripe bananas, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in a bowl, bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour, then cool and slice.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Step 4
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Step 5
Add the flour last and mix.
Step 6
Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan.
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour.
Step 8
Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
