Cook Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Add butter and garlic, toss to coat, and cook for 1 more minute. Remove steak and set aside. Make the Parmesan Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Season to taste. Combine and Serve: Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the sauce until coated.
