Sticky Korean Beef Wraps
Sticky & Crispy Korean Beef Wraps 👀
Be prepared to be hit in the face with a taste sensation here. I’ve also seen these done as lettuce wraps which were actually a lot better than they sounds (saves a good few calories too)
Steps
Fry off the onion in 1 tbsp sesame oil for 2-3 minutes then brown the mince (no red bits)
Make up the sauce then turn up the heat on the pan before adding it in.
Cook until sauce begins to reduce and coat the beef well
Add in spring onions and chillies
I used light mayo and peri peri sauce (Portuguese original) however I’ve done the calories below for light mayo and Perinaise. Sauce choice is on you 🙌

500g lean steak mince (5%)
4 wraps
2 spring onions
2 red chillies
1 tbsp sesame oil
30g light mayo
30g Perinaise
1 onion
Sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
50ml dark soy sauce
