Greek lemon chicken with potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Place your chicken (skin side up) in a lined basking dish extra wide

Step 2
Cut up your potatoes to your desired size and place them in your tray around the chicken.
Step 3
Season everything with salt, pepper, oregano and paprika according to your taste.
Step 4
Flip the chicken so the skin is down and season the bottom (leave it like this for now)
Step 5
To a blender add the lemon juice, Olive oil, Garlic cloves, onion, Rosemary, Honey, Mustard and blend it all together.
Step 6
Pour half the mixture on the top of your chicken and potatoes, the flip and pour the second half.
Step 7
Cover with baking paper or aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees celsius for 90 minutes.
Step 8
After 90 minutes uncover your tray and leave in the oven for another 25 minutes.
Step 9
Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving and ENJOY!
