Instructions

Step 1
To a large bowl add in your potatoes, 1tosp of your olive oil and 1 1/2 tsp of both your garlic powder and oregano; season generously with salt and pepper and mix well, until the potatoes are well coated.
Step 2
- Transfer your potatoes to your air fryer (or oven) and cook at 190c for 15 minutes, shake then cook for 5 more.
Step 3
- While the potatoes are cooking add your chicken to the same bowl, and add in your remaining oil and spices plus a good pinch of salt and pepper; mix until the chicken is well coated.
Step 4
After the 20 minutes is up, add your chicken to the air fryer with the potatoes, being sure that everything is in an even layer; cook for another 15 minutes, shaking half way, until the chicken is slightly crisp and cooked all the way through.
Step 5
And that is literally it! Serve up into 3 portions with some red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, dried parsley, 20g of feta and 20g of your Tzatziki - then tuck in and enjoy

Will keep for up for 3 days in the fridgeeee
