Step 1
Tear off 4 pieces aluminum foil, about 18 by 18 inches. In the center of each piece, place a piece of meat. Stack sliced carrots, potatoes, and onions on top. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Top with slice of cheese.
Step 2
Seal tightly in foil. Bake about 50 minutes at 450 F in the oven (or 40 minutes on a barbecue grill or campfire).
