Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (Half Batch)
Ingredients
1¼cups almond flour
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp olive oil (half of ⅓ cup)
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 8–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a rack.
