Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta to al dente and reserve 1 cup pasta water
Step 2
Cut sausage up in bit sized pieces.
Step 3
Sauté sausage with olive oil, hot pepper flakes and oregano.
Step 4
Add sausage to drained pasta along with arugala, some reserved pasta water, salt, pepper and more olive oil.
Step 5
Serve with grated Parmesan
