Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and prep a 9x13 dish. Cook pasta to Al dente instructions on box, do not over cook as they will finish cooking in oven
Step 2
In a large saucepan, brown ground beef over medium high heat and season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cayenne. Soak up excess grease with paper towel or drain. Removed beef from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Using the same large sauce pan heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium high heat. Add in diced onion and mushroom, sauté about 5 minutes until soften.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium, Add in minced garlic and cook and additional 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Step 5
Stir in pasta sauce, canned tomatoes and cream of mushroom. Mix well. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne to your liking.
Step 6
Once pasta is done, drain and mix with sauce. Put mixture into 9x13 prepped pan. Top with shredded cheese, pepperoni, and more shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle light Italian season over top of pasta bake and put in oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
Step 7
After baking, Broil for 2-3 minutes until pepperoni is crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes and serve topped with ranch.
