Brownie Layer
½ cupunsweetened applesauce
51gEgg
large
30gProtein powder
chocolate whey
10gCocoa powder
3gBaking powder
1.4gSalt
Cheesecake
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F, and line a 9x5" bread pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease with oil.
Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the brownie ingredients with a silicone spatula until fully combined - applesauce, egg, whey, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3

Transfer the batter to the pan. Wipe out the excess brownie batter from the bowl with a paper towel.
Step 4

Add your cheesecake ingredients to the bowl, and mix until fully combined with a silicone spatula - yogurt, egg, vanilla, liquid sweetener, and salt.
Step 5

Transfer the cheesecake batter to the pan on top of the brownie layer. Optionally swirl together the brownie and cheesecake layers with a butter knife.
Step 6

Bake at 350F for about 35 minutes, or until the top just looks set, and center just slightly jiggles when you tap the side of the pan. The internal temperature will be about 190F, and a toothpick will not come out clean.
Step 7

Transfer the pan to the fridge, and chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Step 8

Store each bar in an airtight container in the fridge (~1 week) or freezer (indefinitely).
