Instructions
Step 1
Grease an 8-inch bundt pan with cooking spray. In a small bowl, stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar in the bottom of bundt pan and tap around to coat pan.
Step 2
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss each piece in remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Arrange in bundt pan.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Pour butter mixture over dough in the bundt pan. Cover bundt pan with foil.
Step 4
Place trivet in the bottom of Instant Pot and pour in water. Place bundt pan on trivet. Secure lid and set to Pressure Cook on High for 55 minutes. Follow manufacturer’s guide for quick release, making sure to wait until cycle is complete before unlocking and removing lid. Using pot holders, carefully remove trivet and bundt pan. Let cool 5 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, whisk together powdered sugar and milk.
Step 6
Flip monkey bread out of bundt pan and onto a serving platter and drizzle with glaze. Serve warm.
