Instructions

Step 1
Chop the cold beef: Take your 1 cup of completely cold, pre-cooked ground beef. Use a sharp knife to chop it down even further until it forms tiny, ultra-soft confetti bits.
Step 2
Grate the cheese: Use your box grater to finely shred your Tillamook block and your mild Cheddar/Jack block. Grating it fresh ensures it stays perfectly soft and melts in your mouth without any dry, gritty store-bought bag powders.
Step 3
Mix the base: In your dinner bowls, combine the 2 tablespoons of Hellmann's mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir firmly with a fork until smooth.
Step 4
Toss it together: Dump your finely chopped beef confetti and the full cup of freshly grated cheeses directly into the bowl with the mayo dressing. Stir vigorously until the meat and cheese are completely bonded and coated in the glossy mayo.
Step 5
Serve: Divide evenly into two bowls. Eat it straight out of the bowl with a spoon, or scoop it up effortlessly using your soft buttery round crackers. It tastes exactly like a cold, gourmet baconless cheeseburger slider with absolutely zero mouth struggle!
