Island Teriyaki Beef with Snow Pea

14 steps
Prep:12minCook:8min
Sweet, tropical, and savory featuring Soy Vay Island Teriyaki sauce (infused with real sesame seeds and garlic), thickened into a rich, glossy glaze over tender beef strips and crisp snow peas. This is a single serving recipe, and the snap peas can be switched out for broccoli or another stir fry mix of your choice. This can be served over rice, rice noodles, or other noodle types. I will give microwave or air fryer baking instructions for serving, as well as include freezer option.
