Artificial Brownies

5 steps
Prep:10minCook:1h
Most of my recipes are healthy creations featuring real, minimal, whole food ingredients. Here is the exact opposite: the most artificial brownie I can possibly make. It uses a Walden farms brand peanut butter and chocolate syrup, both of which are 0 calories. I've added some psyllium husk to give it some structure, as well as cocoa powder for additional flavor. The entire pan has only 220 calories, or 24 calories for each of the 9 bars. Please don't eat the entire pan; I imagine you'll become quite familiar with your bathroom real quick if you do.

Bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, tent the pan with foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes. The top will be browned and set, and the center should jiggle slightly when you tap the side of the pan. A toothpick to the center will not come out clean.
