Ingredients

1kgchicken wings
split into flats and drumettes
1 Tbspbaking powder
aluminum-free
½ tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspgarlic powder
4 Tbspunsalted butter
melted
Blue Cheese Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Toss wings in a bowl with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Step 3
Bake on a wire rack set over a rimmed baking sheet at 425°F (220°C) for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deeply golden and crispy.
Step 4
Whisk hot sauce and melted butter together in a large bowl.
Step 5
Toss hot wings in the sauce until coated, then serve immediately.
For the Sauce

Add greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Step 7
Fold in crumbled blue cheese, gently mashing a few chunks with a fork to blend the flavor.
Step 8
Stir in milk 1 tablespoon at a time if you prefer a pourable sauce over a thick dip.
Step 9
Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.
